- Maximum age 35 years.
- S1 majoring in Civil Engineering or Architecture (Minimum SMK Building)
- Have knowledge of housing, building construction, roads, materials, analysis of design concepts.
- Adept at using computers, especially the program AutoCad, CorelDraw, Microsoft Office.
- Willing to be based in Serang district.
